Workers placed by TEX are employed by TradesExchange Inc. as the employer of record. Any employment-related rights, disputes, or claims are governed by the applicable employment agreements, onboarding documents, and applicable state and federal law — not these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
You waive any objection to the laying of venue in Knox County, Tennessee, and waive any claim that any proceeding brought in such courts has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
